Technical specifications
Monitoring coverage, connectivity and physical envelope for planning and installation. Configuration and ordering detail is in the product catalogue, on request.
At a glance
| Specification | Capability |
|---|---|
| Temperature inputs | Up to 16 thermocouple channels, across two boards |
| Current inputs | Up to 8 current monitoring channels, one per critical circuit |
| Temperature range | −20 to 80 °C measured and displayed |
| Humidity range | 0 to 100 %RH measured and displayed |
| Dew point range | −30 to 40 °C derived from measured conditions |
| Ambient monitoring | Integrated sensing of the room around the unit |
| Controller integration | Setpoints, duty cycle and operating state over a compatible chamber-controller interface |
| Door monitoring | Open and close events with duration |
| Update rate | Readings arrive as the chamber publishes them, with a one-minute reconciliation and a fifteen-minute backfill sweep |
| Connectivity | Cellular or Wi-Fi, with Bluetooth capability |
| Alerting | Threshold and anomaly rules, escalation policies, maintenance windows; offline, escalation and delivery retries evaluated every five minutes |
| Reporting | Scheduled weekly customer reports, generated on a fifteen-minute cycle, with historical snapshots retained |
| Export formats | PDF for the customer record, CSV and JSON for analysis |
| Access control | Three enforced roles — service administrator, customer administrator, customer user — with an audit log of rule, device and user changes |
| Remote access | Secure cloud platform, invite-based customer accounts |
| Compatible equipment | Environmental test, pharmaceutical stability, reach-in and walk-in chambers; refrigeration and stability storage |

Monitoring coverage
Four independent signal types, so a fault can be located rather than only detected — plus how the data leaves the appliance and what it becomes.
Multi-point thermocouple monitoring across the chamber, so stratification and local excursions are visible rather than averaged away.
Amp draw per circuit for connected equipment. A compressor called for but drawing nothing is visible immediately.
Setpoints, duty cycle and operating state collected from the chamber controller over a compatible interface.
Integrated sensing of the room around the appliance, giving context for whether a problem is the equipment or its environment.
Available in cellular or Wi-Fi options. Cellular keeps sites without spare network capacity reachable; Wi-Fi suits facilities that prefer to use their own network.
Dashboards, historical trends, alerts and scheduled reports supporting maintenance planning.
Supported systems
The same monitoring, alerting and reporting workflow covers the rest of the controlled environment estate. Moved here from the landing page, because the per-system detail belongs with the specifications rather than in a sales pitch.
The same monitoring, alerting and reporting workflow covers the rest of the controlled environment estate.
Temperature, humidity, cycling and stability workflows in one operating surface.
Large-volume environmental control with alerting, reporting and service visibility.
Cold storage, duty-cycle behaviour, alarm context and historical evidence capture.
Recurring customer summaries, audit history and qualification-friendly exports.
Operational context for critical assets that need visibility, traceability and escalation.
Bring your own telemetry source and let SenSolve build the monitoring, alerting and reporting experience around it.
