Production readiness

What a regulated site needs to see before it says yes

Who can see what, what happened when, and exactly where the line sits between our data and your product.

Production readiness

A serious rollout needs more than a dashboard

Who can see what, what happened when, and how a customer-facing statement was arrived at — recorded rather than reconstructed.

Role-based access

Three roles, enforced in the security rules rather than only in the interface: Darwin service admin across every customer, customer admin for their own site, customer user read-only. Permissions are capabilities, so granting one later is a stored setting, not a release.

Audit history

Alert rules and events, device setpoints, thresholds and settings, user and organisation changes — each written with the action, the target, who did it and when, and exportable as CSV.

Report records

Snapshots, schedules and delivery records are kept in their own collections, separate from the audit log, so what was sent, when, and on what evidence stays answerable months later.

Controlled managed rollout

SenSolve handles telemetry mapping, rollout consistency and monitoring configuration, so customer teams are not burdened with admin-heavy setup.

Getting started

What happens next

We map your telemetry

Live points, historical data and reporting requirements aligned so dashboards reflect the real fleet from day one.

We configure the workflow

Thresholds, early-warning review, escalation paths and the weekly report package, around how you already work.

You launch clean

Your users get dashboards, reports and guided actions while SenSolve keeps carrying the monitoring logic and rollout governance.

A typical first engagement focuses on operational fit and rollout readiness, and the monitoring workflow keeps being tuned as equipment, customers and expectations change.

Scope and data boundary

We monitor the equipment, never what is inside it

This matters most to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and analytical customers, so it is worth being exact about where the line sits.

What the system receives

Equipment signals only: compressor and heater demand, fan state, humidifier and dehumidifier activity, current draw per circuit, thermocouple readings at fixed points, door events, and the ambient conditions around the unit.

What it never receives

What is stored inside. No product, batch or lot identity, no formulation, no study or protocol reference, no sample data. Nothing in a SenSolve record describes your science, which is also why a breach of it would not.

It sits alongside your qualified system

Your validated monitoring system stays the record of storage conditions. SenSolve is the maintenance and reliability layer beside it, telling your service team a compressor is degrading weeks before the chamber drifts.

Where that leaves you with FDA

21 CFR Part 11 reaches records a predicate rule requires you to keep, and 21 CFR 211.68(a) requires records of equipment calibration checks and inspections. Whether our output forms part of that record set, or sits outside it as maintenance data, is your quality unit’s determination. We will support either, and we will not tell you it is out of scope, because that call is not ours to make.

If you classify it as GxP‑relevant — three enforced roles, an audit log of alert, device, user and organisation changes carrying the actor and a timestamp, and report snapshots, schedules and delivery records kept in their own collections. Tell us what your qualification process needs and we will tell you plainly where we stand against it.

How the rollout is run

What happens before anything reaches a customer

  • Production telemetry mapping before customer rollout
  • Monitoring outputs are reviewed in operational language before they become customer-facing
  • Customer-safe reporting language backed by the underlying signal evidence
  • Managed rollout so internal teams do not carry the monitoring burden alone
  • Early warning, equipment health reporting and illustrative dashboard previews
